Municipal Court
I am in the Municipal Court system every day of the week. There are 17 Municipal Court Judges, each of which I have a conducive working relationship. Misdemeanor offenses range from Assault and Domestic Violence down to Disorderly Conduct and Traffic offenses.
OVI/DUI
These cases can have serious consequences and a conviction can affect a person’s employment, increased insurance rates, points on your driving record, a driver’s license suspension, yellow license plates, vehicle immobilization, and depending on past history, there may be mandatory jail time.
